Have you ever tried to become part of a group? Have you ever experience to lead them? If you already did this, do you think you did it well? Do you think you become an effective leader? Some of us are having some misconception about leadership. Most of the people thinks that a true leader is the one who feared by his employees. Leadership isn’t just about telling those people that you’re managing what should they do. It isn’t always about letting your people to serve you. Not because you’re a leader it means that you can just command your people to do a ton of works. It doesn’t mean that your people will work for you. Before you become an effective leader, you should first become a servant. You should serve for them. You should listen to all of their concerns. You should always put yourself in their position.
